Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga Yoga is a set of devoted physical practice and exercise postures performed with deep meditation and self-control, which developed in ancient India during 200 BC. Yoga was compiled by a scholar named Patanjali, who set down the most prevalent Yoga theories and practices of his time in a book called Yoga Sutras. In general Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation, and it is still being taught throughout the world today with these same basic principles. Regular daily practice of all three parts of Yoga produces a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.
