Jennings, a Legal and Ethical Studies and Business professor at Arizona State University and a columnist for Arizona Republic, about the expansive gaps between “baby boomer” and Generation X. By identifying five gap areas: skill, knowledge, critical thinking, work ethic, and morality in which students have most troubles, she regards the deficient modern education as a main reason for Generation X neglected foundation backgrounds.
