RECOMMENDATION Tbilisi, March 26, 2002 It gives me pleasure to recommend Ms. Tamar Beruchashvili highly for participation in Part-Time Teaching Grant Programme funded by the Government of the United States of America. I have known Ms. Tamar Beruchashvili since 1998 as a Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations. Now she is Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs responsible for the EU-Georgia relations, WTO, Foreign aid coordination and investment promotion. Ms. Beruchashvili’s professional achievements in the field of foreign relations are impressive.
