1. Describe your involvement with your in case management, in your professional experiences. During my employment as a case manager with probation services I was responsible for attending Juvenile Court weekly on alternating Thursdays/Fridays. I would receive the juvenile as a client from court either on regular probation or as an EM case. As an EM case (electronic monitoring), I was responsible for setting up the equipment on the individual and setting up the schedule with the monitoring center. In addition, I was responsible for responding to the “trips”, which were the times that the client was out of range or did not respond to the EM Center as directed.
