benefit programs for the less fortunate
Some say that the government should do away with social programs that benefit the poor because they think that they just create dependency and waste of money. I don’t agree with this point of view because I believe that good and effective social programs help the needy to improve their situations and become contributors to our society. First of all, social programs will help poor people with their basic necessities of life.
