Anthem for Doomed youth
Corporate governance in the United States has been regarded widely as the most transparent and efficient system in the world. After the notorious Enron-Arthur Anderson scandals, there has been an outcry for the abolition of the existing system in a bid to restoring shareholders’ confidence. Calls have been made to change the mechanism altogether, which I feel quite strongly.
