There should certainly not be any corporal punishment in public schools. Firstly, corporal punishment would hurt young students. Secondly, corporal punishment would leave to some teachers abusing their power. Finally, some parents would disagree with corporal punishment causing confrontations between them and the school officials. Clearly corporal punishment would only cause more problems then it would solve. To being with corporal punishment would hurt many students, which is not acceptable. ... Therefore, no student should feel such backward punishment. ... Surely, no child should get a beating for any reason at all.
