... I’m going to come clean here and ’fess up to some pretty appalling blasphemy (at least to all you Corvette fans out there): I’ve always had this image of Corvettes as being rather delicate cars, in stark contrast to most other Chevrolet products, and for that matter in contrast to most other American cars in general! Now, I’m not going to say I’ve had some sort of epiphany in my time with the C5 ’Vette (so called as it is the fifth generation, nothing to do with Sir Clive’s unfortunate namesake!
