Critique of Better Luck Tomorrow I think that this is the first time that an Asian American film about Asian Americans have made it to the theatres. To me this is kind of like just the beginning for a lot more exposure for Asian Americans. It seems like we are finally accepted as more than just a minority. In the past our presence was never really acknowledged in American society. Over the past several years, Asian Americans have gained a considerable amount of exposure in the media, a lot more than before.
