SMC Training
After implementation of the various training programs at SMC Company our next objective will be to evaluate their effectiveness. Due to our rapid implementation and diverse training programs SMC, at this time, will not use a control group to evaluate our training programs. ... This will allow SMC to make significant improvements in their product output by ensuring that the training groups will truly achieved a change in performance. To evaluate our initial training programs we will use three methods. These methods can be implemented, in various forms, upon competition of the training or very shortly thereafter. ... Each of these evaluation methods will be use for a specific training program evaluation. A fourth method, results evaluation, will be use when we implement the second step of training where SMC will use a control group.
