Grendel Response I thoroughly enjoyed the fiction novel Grendel. There are many great aspects of the novel that I enjoyed. To start off, I really understood why the author wrote a novel like this. It is actually an extremely intelligent idea. If anybody were to read the story Beowulf, and enjoy it, you would read the Grendel. A great way to make money. Revisionism is makes it interesting for the reader because we can either see it coming and get into the book deeper or be totally surprised and fit the pieces together ourselves and predict what it going to happen next.
