Mr. Edens Profits from Watching His Workers every Move Mr. Eden uses a more sophisticated management theory at EBS. He uses the Fredrick Taylor management theory by using surveillance cameras in order to monitor his employees work activity. Mr. Eden monitors every more a worker does and makes sure that each worker is doing the most at each position a person can do. He run a tight ship and has strict rules. First, no one can talk to anybody while working.
