I work for CNA Insurance for almost a year and I think I have a good overview of the Organizational culture shared by its members to the new employees who joined the fourth biggest commercial line insurer in USA. I work as a team leader for the Information Technology Organization of CNA and we develop eBusiness applications to help the insurance agents sell company’s products. Culture I am doing for the first time an Organizational Culture Inventory like this exercise and I have to admit the results are so close to what I observed in the company and expected to see. ...
