The problems that Faith Community Hospital is having is not unusual in todays health care industry. The numerous problems are common and must be resolved, or there must be at least an attempt to resolve for the survival of the hospital. There are a number of problems that are current at the hospital. There are a number of other problems that are currently menacing Faith Community Hospital. The problems described in the case study are not abnormal for a health care hospital. ... I will discuss two of the major problems at Faith Community Hospital. The two problems that I have chosen have a huge impact on the operation of the hospital. ...
