Abortion: Pro Choice
Abortion pro choice? I believe that it should be. What if the person having the baby is not mature enough? What if she was raped and does not even want to go on with the pregnancy? Also it is the woman's body, she can choose what she herself wants to do with it.
There are so many people out there today that do not know what it is like to find themselves in a circumstance with a no end situation. What if you are still in high school, got raped, not at all financially secure, not emotionally stable, or just plain not ready to have a child? Also what if the mother, the child or both are going to die? These are the reason to have an abortion, but this should not be used as a method of birth control. Many young women have the idea they can go have sex all they want and just go have an abortion. That is completely the wrong right there. I feel that the young women who believe so should be told differently. Yes we have the right to have an abortion, but it is not an everyday ordeal. Only under special circumstances should it be allowed.
I know there are ways around abortion such as adoption. But there are so many unwanted children out there today that are just sitting there waiting to be adopted. Nobody seems to want them, they feel as they have no use in this life. They are just going to grow up and do the same exact thing to their children. There are many protestors out there that say to go for adoption. But if they feel so strongly about adoption why are they not out there and adopt every single child that has been abandoned by their parents or the children that have been left to die in the garbage cans out there in the middle of the city or even in the middle of nowhere.
I really believe that a woman should have the right do whatever she pleases with her body, this is a fundamental human right and a reproductive freedom that is protected by the United States constitution....
