Can pornography be pleasing intellectually as well as sexually? Is pornography an art form? Can pornography be more than just scenes of sexual acts and lust? Is Vladimir Nabokov’s novella The Enchanter a work of pornography? Pornography is defined as the depiction of erotic behavior (as in pictures or writing) intended to cause sexual excitement. ... He does everything he can to fulfill his sexual desires, but the novella cannot be considered pornography. This book is not a work of pornography because the novella doesn’t follow the rules of pornography. ...
