As the reality of a war between Iraq and the United States draws closer many people around the country and the world realize that their opinion for or against this strike is irrelevant. ... If I had to take a stand today it would be that we (the U.S.) should not be so quick to wage war against Iraq. It seems as though there are other options that should be depleted first, just like in the movie Thirteen Days and maybe a war could be avoided all together.
Although there have been protest all over the world to avoid the impending war between the U.S. and Iraq, it seems as if this war is inevitable. The latest poll by ABC News and the Washington Post finds that nearly 6 in 10 people support the plan to disarm Iraq, but only 24% support war. Most people believe that the U.
