Last month I attended a meeting that has to do with something that I love. The meeting was about baseball. While I was home for a few days during spring break I attended the meeting of a famous baseball player and also a very close friend of our family, Randy Velarde. The meeting tool place on Monday, March 17, 2003. The group met at the Hilton Hotel in Midland, TX. This specific meeting was intended for coaches but since I may decide to become a coach one-day I went anyway.
