A Head chef.
My job title for this career would be a head chef. As a head chef I will plan menus and food labor costs, implement food preparation and supervise the activity of the other cooks, requisition of food, kitchen supplies and equipment, demonstrate techniques to cooks and advise them on good cooking procedures. ... There are not really any higher areas that you could be besides a head chef.
