reform movements

Reform Movements Between the years of 1825 and 1850 several reform movements were taking place. These movements brought with them some extrodinary people with some rather revolutionary ideas. Three major reform movements that broadend our democratic ideals were the relegion revitalizations, the demon rum, and womens sufferage movements. In the early eighteen hundreds relegion was still a big part of a lot of peoples lives, but it in no way played as big a role as in the days of the Puritains.
