Influences
Moscovici (1976) argued that Asch and others had looked at the theory of influence in the wrong context. He argued that too much emphasis was placed on the majority within a group, and not on the minority. In his opinion it is possible for the minority to influence the majority. The minority can influence the majority, if they put over their ideas in a consistent fashion.
