The factors that contribute towards a healthy lifestyle are factors impacting on mental health, physical health, social health, and emotional health. The main factors of a healthy lifestyle include Air and Water Pollution, Alcohol use, Dietary Excesses, Excess Sunlight and Radiation, High Cholesterol, Immunizations, Obesity, Poor Nutrition, Inactive Lifestyle, Smoking and Stress. These factors are vital in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Each factor affects at least one category of my health from mental to physical. My health is affected by most of these health factors. I go to school in Sydney, a major capital city with a large amount of Air pollution, especially in the CBD.
