1. Child Welfare system is a system that tries to protect and help children. Child Welfare system provides a safe place, a good care, finance, and education for children. Child Welfare system can train parent to take care children in appropriate way. This is all I understand about Child Welfare is. To be honest, I have not experience with the Child Welfare system, so I did not understand much about this system. 2. I am interested in working in the Child Welfare system because I love children.
