Edward Thorndike’s law of effect states that responses that lead to a “satisfying state of affairs” tend to be repeated, and those that do not tend to not be repeated. This is true to a point, but I believe this law needs a few amendments to make a little more accurate in regards to the uniqueness of human behavior. Situational, personal perspective, and age factors need to be integrated into this law in order for it to be more rational. ... ” In terms of the law of effect, this is very true. ...
