SACRAMENTO Issues within our society effect’s every individual in one way or another. These issues have extremely large repercussions within our society. Some of the issues have a national impact and others have more of an effect closer to home. One of the issues which is of concern to me is our economy at the current moment. This issue is going to have a national effect within our society. Our economy at the current moment is in serious trouble. One of the reasons why our economy is having trouble is the current situation involving Iraq. The situation with Iraq is going to push the economy in a downhill movement which is going to affect us all. If the economy moves in a downhill movement its going to affect interest rates. The current situation with Iraq is affecting gas prices in a large way also. If gas prices make a dramatic uphill pike, it will affect people in a large way especially in the pocket. Gas prices before the situations in Iraq were already high, but the situation with Iraq is going to push it over the roof.
