Therefore, the wedding ceremonies become a very special event in every human society. However, each culture has its own traditions and ways of celebrating the wedding party. Consequently, there are many different wedding rituals depending on the family, the culture and the religion.
In most human societies, people consider the wedding ceremonies as one of the most important events in their lives. As we saw in the film A wedding Banquet, Waitung’s parents seemed very upset and disappointed when their son had a very simple wedding ceremony at the court house. We also saw how happy they were when one of their old friends helped them to throw a fancy wedding party for their son.
