Inner-City Paint Corporation Looking at Inner-City Paint from the outside, there are many things that Mr. Walsh could do to improve all aspects of his business. However, he is very reluctant to change, and, therefore, he must take small steps to ensure his business’s future. If I were a consultant hired to help Mr. Walsh, I would make suggestions by giving him a quarterly schedule to complete my recommendations. Immediately The first thing that Mr. Walsh needs to do is immediate damage control. Taking out a loan may seem like a good idea now, but it will only put him more in debt unless he takes other steps to turn the business around.
