I enjoyed reading Animal Farm. ... Animal Farm is a stinging review of the history and expression of the Russian Revolution. Retelling the story of the appearance and development of Soviet communism in the form of an animal fable. In a sense the pigs are the government of the farm and the other animals are the citizens.
Animal Farm also presents theme of hypocrisy. The pigs create the seven commandments for all the animals on the farm to live by but the pigs break all the commandments that they have created.
