Chapter 2 Traits, Behavior and Relationships The Trait Approach The greatest leader that I have ever known about is my DAD! He meets with all the Characteristics of a Leader. He has been working in seaports and offices for importation and exportation of different products. He started being an employee, then he stated to go up and up, reaching the general manager position, but the companies closed down the offices in the city were we used to live, so he began with his own company. The way he now manages to be on top of the three offices that he opened in three different cities is an excellent example of how to be a leader. The energy that he has is admirable, sometimes he has to go to the seaport and stay all night taking care of the work in the ships and then he goes to the office without even going to the house…He also travels within the cities to attend the different situation that presents the three offices.
