Macbeth was a victim of both Lady Macbeth and the supernatural sisters

The combination of the influence of the witches and the influence of Lady Macbeth on Macbeth are what caused the tragedy. The witche’s initial prophercies where they address Macbeth with titles he doesn’t have, influence Macbeth. Lady Macbeth plays a key role in influencing her husband t take the path that he does. She brings out Macbeth’s true side of evil. Throughout the play we see that she has a strong influence on him and is the cause for increasing Macbeth’s amition.
Further on in the play, Macbeth finds his way to the witches
cave and demands to know what lies ahead for him.
