Is TV really bad for you? ... Firstly, I will look at the purpose of TV. Is TV supposed to porvide entertainment, education, or both/ It might be argued after a long hard day at work/school, people might want to sit down and passively veiw. Other people may want TV that interellectually stimulates them. ... One arguement that has been put forward over the years is that TV destroys the mind.
