Wizard of Oz Multicultural
In order to fully answer the question if “The Wizard of Oz” is multicultural or not, we must define what a multicultural piece is. In my opinion, multicultural literature reflects the cultural diversity within a community and in our case, the classroom. ... I think the most important idea to pick up in a multicultural literature class is that students are able appreciate the aspects of cultures and the values of a culture that shape people’s behavior.
