Love hate relationship with Royal Bank
I have been a customer of the royal bank for over 13 years. ... This relationship has been over half my life. ... When I started banking with the royal bank I was given a Young Leo account, this was one of the proudest days I remember, getting my first bank book, and card. This was it I had my own money and my own bank account. Over the years I have managed to build my Royal bank Visa to a 4900 credit limit. ... I have never had a full time Job and still managed to gain credit with the bank. ... Since I have moved here I have had nothing but trouble with the royal bank. I have been charged with hundreds of dollars in service fees and treated like dirt every time I go in the bank. ... I discussed this with the manager at the bank and she pointed out the tellers to me, that I could go there if I wanted to close my account.
