President George Bush is a name, which two prominent American politicians have shared. George Herbert Walker Bush, born in 1925 in Milton, Massachusetts, was the forty-first U. ... president, taking office in 1988. Eight years later, George Walker Bush followed in the deeply imprinted footsteps of his father and became America’s forty-third president. ... Of these occupants, only one other set of presidents were father and son: John Adams and John Quincy Adams in 1797 and 1825, respectively (“Presidents closely related,” 2002.) It is unclear, however, due to a lack of historical documentation, if these two men were as similar as George W. and George H.W. Bush.
President George W. Bush, also known as “Dubya”, and George H.W. Bush both graduated from the prestigious preparatory school, Philips Andover Academy (“George Herbert Walker,” 2002.) Subsequently, their path of higher education led them each to Yale University, where the younger Bush graduated exactly twenty years after his father.
