To help students develop their computer skills, the university should make workshops at the library or at the computer room, simple instruction manuals, furthermore, helping students with computers or students should take an offered, short, laboratory. One thing that could be done to help the students is if the University should offer some training session for the librarians and the computer room staff so they could offer workshops to students. These trainings for them could create handy staff in wich they could explain how to utilize a certain computer program . That could help the librarians explain anything about the computer simple enough for any type of students.
