changing land use

Changing Land Use This house was built as a residential house in 1935. Many things or processes have happened to this house since 1935. In 1935 this house was built in the zone of transition due to its fairly old, shabby appearance, and the appearance of the area it is situated in. The zone of blight or decay is located adjacent to the CBD and is regarded as the zone of mixed functions. The people living in the house were obviously poor as this house looks low class, cheap and not well maintained, it was probably in worse condition before it was turned into a small clinical practice, consisting of dentists, physiotherapists and a hearing centre, from these businesses we can see that there is compatibility as the same types of businesses are attracted to each other.
