Personal Interview towards difficult conversations
Looking into my conversation with Josh I find myself starting to think about what I could have done differently with the conversation and what I need to do in future conversations with him. After reading difficult conversations I have found several ways of looking into a difficult conversation and understanding the empathy of other people by looking at the conversation from their view could and can be very effective in having conversations in the future. Looking at the problem first with Josh’s conversation with me, would be to start with the three conversations. ... I have now taken on a different type of role with this event so that I don’t continue to have difficult conversations like my conversation with Josh, but also with other’s that I have working on this with me.
