I hereby sentence you to no less than ten years in Federal custody, where it is the will and hope of the court that you will rehabilitate yourself into a productive member of society. Let this sentence serve as a wake up call for you.” Swayed by the charismatic prosecutor, the jury returned a guilty verdict in less than three hours.
