Evaluation I believe that my experiment on the effect of different concentrations of enzyme solutions on starch molecules went well and I do believe that it was fairly accurate and reliable. Firstly, the data I obtained was almost exactly what I hoped for and expected - that when the concentration of amylase solution increases, the rate of digestion of starch molecules increase in direct proportion.
