Rain Forest Debate This paper is on my view of what should happen to the rain forest. What I think is the best way to divide up the forest. The following is my own opinion, even if it will make many groups un-happy. My plan gives those who were on the land first, the most, and the people who came to the area latter less. It also sets aside some for the government to use latter, and some to be latter given to the settlers and ranchers if needed so they can expand.
