Patchy Justice This article is about a new way to drug test. It involves a patch that can determine what substances were used by the person that is drug tested. The article talks about false-positive readings that the patch gives and puts people in jail that are not suppose to be. Also how an expertise really isn’t an expertise and because of him, people either lost their freedom, kids, and/or jobs.
