US and North Korea
The problem brewing in North Korea is their expansion of nuclear arsenal. ... Along with increasing threat to the military of these countries, it also is possible that North Korea could sell their fissile material on the black market, making it available to other countries to use it as they wish. The actions taken by North Korea could also be used to encourage other Asian states to follow their lead. The United States does not feel that the current situation in North Korea should be considered a major crisis.
