Booze - The Basics & Beyond
This pamphlet talks about the dangerous risks involving alcohol. Alcohol is not digested, but absorbed into your bloodstream. Slurred speech, staggering, serious impairment, and even death are consequences when blood alcohol levels get too high. That means that alcohol can seriously harm an individual. However, the drinking of one person can have disastrous affects on the people around them, for example: automobile accidents due to drinking and driving, birth defects, and rape. Even though there are many negative affects of alcohol, statistics show that moderate drinkers live longer then heavy drinkers, and people who don’t drink at all.
