Do your fans come on when the engine is cold? If so, could be a bad bearing in a fan motor, could be the pulley bearing as well. Alternator bearings can squeak, esp the rear one. Forgot that you mentioned that the Optispark was replaced. The A.I.R. pump comes on for 140 seconds when the engine is cold. You might check it out.
