Though the major reason of the team’s success was the collective effort of our team members, I took several steps as a team lead that helped us achieve our goal. First, I undertook the analysis and design of the new reporting and the letters project by myself and negotiated with my senior manager to set a realistic target for the team in order to maintain the team’s morale.
