Internship In Honeywell
It was the last day in Honeywell yesterday, first of all I have to thank Silvia, a nice girl with not only gorgeous appearance but strong determination, it is she who recommended me into Honeywell. Everything begins with difficulties, especially when huge amount of college students are on the haunt for the mere internship opportunities, so I do appreciate her for leading me from the ivory tower into the real world.
For the entire two months, extraordinary changes happened to my life. Since I got the part-time job, I've no longer just bounced back and forth among the library, the canteen in North campus and my dorm, the simple and busy life seems gone forever, I have to struggle to do my best of the best to balance myself between studying and working---touture---sometimes I couldn't help being haunted by this word, however, I am quite lucky that I survive all of that.
Studying on campus and working in cmpanies seem two parallel lines which will never converge. Having been used to the disciplined daily life in campus: getting up with a tight schedule in the early morning and then rushing into library to hold grab of a precious available seat; heading into classroom to catch the professor as much as possible and then burying myself into piles of textbooks and papers; squeezing the meal time to enjoy some luxurious rest and then continuing to work on the school assignments, finally the late night comes and the whole day ends, with one more tight schedule waiting ahead tomorrow. "It sucks and it's so boring." as most of my peers cast doubts on my life style, I always keep going alone as a reply, " but it's fullfilling."
Yet working in Honeywell is a totally different story. There I supported four commodity managers to search product information and specification, helped to modify tracking reports for the sourcing team, and assisted to some regular administrative work like their business trip reservations and...
