Love or Arranged Marriages The first time I saw the movie ‘Romeo and Juliet’ was in English class. The film is an adaptation of the play by William Shakespeare about two teenage children from warring families who fall in love. Convinced that their families will never allow their marriage, the two lovers attempt to conceal their affair. This film was made in the late 60’s and I had the impression that it could be boring. However, I like it so much so I have rented it because I wanted to see it again. Scenes like the ballroom, the balcony, the wedding have impressed me very much because the movie was actually so executed with great conviction. While I was watching that film I realized that everyone seeks a little bit of romance in his life because romance and love is something that fulfils every person in the world. My emotions as I was watching that film were great. This film is based on love. I truly believe that a relationships or marriages can be successful if they are based on love. Many people say that love marriages are most part immature. We can not say that all love marriages will be failures or all arranged marriages will be successful or otherwise.
