Buddha the great

Buddha was one of the greatest human beings ever and his teachings have influenced the lives of millions. It all started in his early life. He began to learn and understand more as he was growing up. His search for truths gained him knowledge which has been woven in the hearts of many. His enlightenment is the reason why Buddhism even exists. His teachings have brought many people to Buddhism. Even after his death his words were passed on through doctrines and practices. Buddha truly touched the hearts of many and changed the lives of many through his historic life.

Buddha’s early life was unlike most people’s at those times. He was born in Kapilavastu, India. Just inside of present day Nepal. His birth name was Siddharta Gautama. He was the son of a rich and powerful man who was a head of the Sakya warrior castle. At his birth sages recognized that he would one day be a great and powerful man. It was revealed that one day he would rule over a huge empire. Even as a young child it was recognized that one day he would be a great and powerful man who would influence the lives of many.
