Abc
Back in seven years ago, when I first moved to America, that year changed my life forever. Although I have been moving from place to place numerous times during the pass, but this time is different. This time I moved from a country that I have lived for thirteen years to another country that I only heard and saw on the television before, but have never been. I was excited and also afraid.
February 3rd of 1995, that was the first day I came to America. I was so excited about this new land and I can¡¦t wait to get enroll in the school here. Two weeks later, I finally got enrolled in one of the junior high schools just few blocks down from my house. On the 23rd of the same month, it was my first day of my American education began. I remembered I was so nervous the night before. I could hardly go to sleep, so the next day I woke up with a panda face on me. So that morning as I finished packing up my stuff and get ready for school, suddenly a question came up in my mind,¡¨ how I am I going to communicate with people in the school? ¡§ Because all I ever learned are ABC alphabet and few greeting words before I came here, nothing else. And I realize all I thought about was how fun will be, but never actually thoughts about the language I have learned and spoke are different from this country.
As I step into the American school for the first time, I found out that it was very different from what I thought it was. The variously of people from different colors, to the dress style, and the language that they spoke, are nothing like where I came from. Of course this is America, so nothing will be the same as my country.
My heart rate was pumping faster then normal and I was also shivering as I keep walking down the hell to my first class. I remembered my first class was an algebra class. When I first walked in there, I was so nervous plus my pronunciations are bad, so when teacher asked me what is my name and I have to say it couple time before...
